How to place an order?You can place an order in the Boretti online store yourself by adding a product to the virtual shopping cart and filling in the required data, or by e-mail to info@boretti.pl.

How to place a custom order?If you wish to place an individual order, send all order details and contact details to info@boretti.pl. Our designer will contact you to establish the possibilities of order fulfillment and discuss all details of sale and organization. You can always seek advice from our specialists by phone - phone numbers and e-mails can be found in the contact tab.

How to check order status?Each time your order status changes, you will receive appropriate information via email. You can also contact us by phone or email, please have your order number ready to streamline the flow of information.

What is the order processing time?The order fulfillment time is approximately 6-8 weeks. This period may be extended due to the availability of materials. Products are created directly to the customer's order. The deadlines will be determined after the order is approved.

Can I cancel my order?You can only cancel your order before it goes to fulfillment. Please contact the seller immediately for information.

Is it possible to return the order?Our products are made to order, so according to the Consumer Code orders cannot be returned, so please shop carefully. Pursuant to the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in the cases indicated therein, among others: in a situation where the subject of the order is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured to special order or intended to meet its individual needs. BORETTI products are manufactured to individual order and are non-returnable.

Are products purchased at the Boretti store covered by warranty?Our goal is the highest quality, which is why each of our products is covered by a 25-year warranty.
