By using our website, you entrust us with your data. We are aware of the enormous responsibility, we care about the security of your personal data and giving you full control over it. We ensure that we meet statutory requirements regarding data protection and security. In this Privacy Policy you will learn what data we collect and for what purposes, as well as how you can update, export, delete and manage it. The privacy policy is the implementation of the information policy of the BORETTI brand towards Users of the websites https://boretti.pl ("Website") in all aspects of the processing and protection of personal data.

Personal data

  1. We process data of Website Users pursuant to Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "General Regulation" or "GDPR"), are personal data.

  2. The administrator of the personal data of the Website Users is the owner and operator of the Website, BORETTI Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Kapelanka 12, 30-347 Kraków, KRS: 0000923038, NIP: 6793223671, REGON: 389990700.

  4. We process data provided by Website Users for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the Website and providing values and effects that are provided for in the scope of operation of the Website, such as preparing a response to a request for offer.

  5. ​The name, address, telephone number or e-mail address of the Website Users will not be saved unless the Website User provides them voluntarily, for example in the newsletter, in a job application or in an inquiry sent to us.

  6. We also process statistical data of Website Users in order to learn how users use the Website and improve its operation.

  7. We do not process special categories of personal data or personal data relating to criminal convictions and violations of law or related security measures.

  8. The processing of personal data of Website Users for purposes other than those indicated in the previous sentences (such as marketing of services or receiving commercial information) takes place only after obtaining the User's consent and to the extent indicated in the consent in question.

  9. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it may be necessary to take certain actions on the Website, including responding to the request for offer. Providing other personal data (i.e. data that is not necessary to provide the service electronically) is not obligatory and is at the discretion of the User to whom the data relates, and their processing depends on obtaining the User's consent. The User can set the browser to block all cookies from a specific domain or from all domains, and also set it at the device level - the device may provide settings by which the User can control the information collected.

Collection and storage of personal data

  1. We use a variety of technologies to collect and store information, including cookies, local storage such as browser or application cache, databases and server logs.

  2. Entering our website automatically starts sending information to our website's server and through the browser installed on the Website User's device and temporarily storing it on the so-called log-file. We have no influence on this process.
    Below is the information that is collected without the participation of the Website User and is stored until it is automatically deleted:

    1. IP address of the device sending the query on the network,

    2. date and time of entry,

    3. name and URL,

    4. website/application from which the contact occurred (Referrer-URL),

    5. the browser used and possibly the operating system of the device operating on the network and the name of the Internet provider providing the Internet to the Website User.

  3. When contacting us (via the contact form or e-mail), the User's data is processed necessary to accept the contact/inquiry and its implementation in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR (to carry out pre-contractual activities). User data may be stored in our CRM system (Customer-Relationship-Management System) or in a comparable query receiving system. The CRM system is administered by the supplier based on our legitimate interest (efficient and quick processing of detailed user data). We have accordingly concluded a contract with the supplier in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, in which the supplier, as a processor, undertakes to process user data only in accordance with our instructions, as well as to comply with data protection standards adopted in the EU.

  4. We store personal data of Website Users only for the period necessary to answer questions or solve problems, provide improved and new services and comply with legal requirements arising from applicable regulations. After this period, Users' personal data are deleted from all systems.

Sharing personal information​​

  1. The user can block the storage of cookies by appropriately setting the browser software. However, in such a situation, not all functions of a given website can be fully used. The user may also block the downloading of data produced by cookies and related to the use of the Google website (including the IP address) as well as block the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in in:

  2. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behavior on the website.

  3. Our website uses Google Maps to present maps and provide access routes. Google Maps is managed by Google. By using our website, the Website User consents to the collection, processing and use of data recorded automatically as well as data made available by the User by Google, one of its representatives or third-party suppliers.   4. As part of our offer, based on the legitimate interest in the management of our online offer, the handling of online inquiries and customer service, pursuant to Art. 6. section 1 letter f GDPR, we transfer personal data of Website Users to subcontractors and collaborators of BORETTI Sp. z o. o., who process data only on our instructions and are contractually obliged to protect the data entrusted to them. Subcontractors and collaborators process them for the needs of BORETTI Sp. z o. o. in accordance with the instructions and Privacy Policy and using all appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of information.

  5. Personal data of Website Users may be transferred to recipients in third countries (USA), i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or international organizations.

  6. The website contains embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if the user has visited that website directly. These sites may collect user information, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking systems, and monitor interactions with embedded material.

Security

  1. The Administrator makes every effort to provide all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations. To ensure the security of collected and processed personal data, we use:

    1. Encryption to keep your data private while in transit.

    2. Controlling our information collection, storage and processing procedures, including physical security measures to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.

    3. Limitation of access to personal data. Only employees, subcontractors and collaborators of BORETTI Sp. z o. o., when it is justified in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b GDPR and necessary from the point of view of the contract or based on the legitimate interest in the economic and efficient conduct of business activity. Any person having such access is obliged to maintain strict confidentiality, and in the event of failure to fulfill these obligations, they may face consequences, including termination of cooperation.

 

User rights

  1. In connection with the processing of personal data, the Website User has the right to:

    1. request from the Administrator access to the personal data of the Website User,

    2. request from the Administrator to update and correct the personal data of the Website User,

    3. request the Administrator to delete personal data of the Website User,

    4. request from the Administrator to limit the processing of the Website User's personal data,

    5. raise an objection to the processing of the Website User's personal data,

    6. transferring personal data of the Website User,

    7. submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.
