Personal data

Collection and storage of personal data

When contacting us (via the contact form or e-mail), the User's data is processed necessary to accept the contact/inquiry and its implementation in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR (to carry out pre-contractual activities). User data may be stored in our CRM system (Customer-Relationship-Management System) or in a comparable query receiving system. The CRM system is administered by the supplier based on our legitimate interest (efficient and quick processing of detailed user data). We have accordingly concluded a contract with the supplier in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, in which the supplier, as a processor, undertakes to process user data only in accordance with our instructions, as well as to comply with data protection standards adopted in the EU.

We store personal data of Website Users only for the period necessary to answer questions or solve problems, provide improved and new services and comply with legal requirements arising from applicable regulations. After this period, Users' personal data are deleted from all systems.
Sharing personal information
